01The context
Many third-sector organizations do essential work and still hit the same wall: they lack command of fundraising, transparency and governance. A parliamentary earmark opened the chance to change that in the Federal District, but turning public funds into real training demanded flawless execution and accountability worthy of the Ministry of Labor.

Qualified knowledge on fundraising, transparency and governance had to reach dozens of third-sector organizations in the Federal District, while accounting for R$ 500k with absolute rigor before the Ministry of Labor.
